Bio

Valeria is an Italian writer, photographer & author.

She contributes stories on matters of food, travel, culture and lifestyle to a wide array of publications. She also creates tailored content for selected brands and campaigns across the food, travel and lifestyle worlds. She is regularly invited to speak at conferences and courses focused on food and the media, and as a food writing and cookery teacher at retreats, fairs and workshops.

Her words and images have appeared in national and international publications including Monocle, The Guardian, Suitcase, The Art of Eating, Traveller, Great Italian Chefs and more. She has been a food columnist for leading Italian newspaper, Corriere della Sera. Selected clients include: Kuoni, Regione Toscana, Despar, Urban Outfitters, Molino Rossetto, among others.

Valeria is the author of Veneto, a recipe book on the food of her origins, published by Faber & Faber.
